Markets & buyers

Cleaning products are labelled and regulated differently in every jurisdiction. This page sets out who we supply, how we ship, and the questions that decide whether a product can enter your market at all.

Who we supply

Four kinds of buyer, four different conversations

What you need from a supplier depends on where you sit in the chain. We quote accordingly.

Distributors & importers

You are building or extending a household cleaning range and need landed cost you can price a channel against.

  • Landed-cost quotations on FOB, CIF or DDP terms
  • Territory discussions, including exclusivity where volumes justify it
  • Full container loads of a single fast-moving line
  • Consistent repeat supply against an agreed specification

Retail & supermarket groups

You need shelf-ready bottles, a credible own-brand option and margin that survives promotion.

  • Retail bottles with multi-language artwork
  • Own-brand programmes in 500 ml and 1 L
  • Two facings from one product, two price points
  • Planogram-friendly carton quantities

Facility & contract cleaning

You consume rather than resell, and predictable cost per site per month is the metric.

  • Standing orders at an agreed price
  • Cost-per-bottle comparisons against what you buy now
  • Pallet quantities rather than full container loads
  • Direct replenishment scheduling

Private label brands

You own the brand and the customers but not a factory, and you need a maker who will hold your specification.

  • Your artwork on the bottle, your codes on the batch
  • A written specification both sides hold
  • Samples before you commit to a run
  • Repeat production against the same spec

Where we ship

Regions and what they typically require

A guide, not a rulebook. Requirements change, and the final word always belongs to the regulator and customs authority in the destination country.

Confirm current requirements for your territory at enquiry stage.
Region Usual points to settle Common trade terms
North America Device classification and listing route; bilingual labelling for Canada FOB, DDP
Europe & UK CE or UKCA route for devices; biocidal registration for disinfectants; language per member state FOB, CIF, DDP
Middle East & GCC Importer licensing, Arabic labelling, certificate attestation CIF, DDP
Africa Pre-shipment inspection schemes, local agent requirements, product registration CIF, FOB
South & Southeast Asia Device registration lead times, import permits, local language labelling FOB, CIF
Latin America Health registry submissions, Spanish or Portuguese labelling, legalised documents CIF, FOB

Not in the list? Ask anyway. Regions are shown by where our buyer network sits today, not by where we are able to ship.

Freight & terms

How goods actually reach you

Sea freight

The default for consumables and equipment. Full container loads are the most economical; part loads are consolidated where volumes are lower.

Air freight

Used for samples, urgent replenishment and high-value device lines. Quoted per shipment on chargeable weight.

Courier

Samples, artwork proofs and documentation. Usually at our cost for approved enquiries.

Incoterms 2020 - the terms we quote and what each means for you.
TermWe arrangeYou arrange
EXW Ex works Goods packed and available for collection All transport, export clearance, insurance, duties
FOB Free on board Inland transport, export clearance, loading at port of origin Sea freight, insurance, import clearance, duties, delivery
CIF Cost, insurance & freight Everything to the destination port, including freight and marine insurance Import clearance, duties, delivery from port
DDP Delivered duty paid Everything to your nominated address, duties included Unloading, and anything a local licence restricts to the importer

Market entry

If the product cannot clear, the price does not matter

The most expensive mistake in this trade is shipping goods that cannot be released. Before anything is produced we work through the questions that decide admissibility for your market.

  • Is the line a cosmetic, a medical device, or a biocide where you are importing?
  • Which registration or licence is needed, and who must hold it - you or us?
  • What must appear on the label, and in which languages?
  • Which certificates need legalisation or attestation before shipping?
  • Does the destination operate a pre-shipment inspection scheme?

We will tell you where we cannot help

Some registrations can only be held by a locally established entity, and some product classes are not worth the registration cost at your volume. We would rather say so at enquiry stage than take an order that stalls at the border.
