Enquiry and requirement review
Send your product list, target market and expected volumes. We confirm what we can supply, flag anything that needs market-specific registration, and agree the scope.
Quotation and samples
You receive an itemised quotation with unit prices, carton specifications, minimum quantities and Incoterms. Samples are despatched for approval where the line calls for it.
Compliance and documentation pack
Before production we assemble the paperwork your customs authority and regulator will ask for, so clearance is not the step that delays you.
Production, labelling and inspection
Artwork is proofed and production is scheduled - on our own line at Taloja, or with the partner manufacturer for bought-in lines. Goods are inspected for quantity, batch coding and labelling accuracy before loading.
Freight and shipping documents
We book sea or air freight on the agreed terms and release the full document set - invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates.
Replenishment and after-sales
Repeat orders run against your agreed specification. Device lines are backed by warranty handling and spare parts support.

Common questions
Before you send an enquiry
What is your minimum order quantity?
It varies by category. Consumables are quoted by carton and pallet; devices and mobility equipment carry per-model minimums. Mixed-category orders are welcome and are usually the most efficient way to reach a full container load - tell us your target volume and we will structure the order around it.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Yes. Private label and own-brand programmes are available on most consumable lines, including your artwork, language variants and market-specific labelling. Device lines depend on the manufacturer and the regulatory route in your market - we will tell you which is which at quotation stage.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB, CIF and DDP are quoted on request. If you have a preferred freight forwarder we are happy to work to an ex-works arrangement instead.
What documentation comes with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin, and the product-level certificates and technical documentation applicable to each line. Additional attestations required by your authority can usually be arranged - raise them early so they do not hold up clearance.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day. Complete quotations on multi-category lists, or on anything needing manufacturer confirmation, typically follow within two to three business days.
